Details
This call aims to introduce new provision capable of helping all working age residents who require assistance to become better skilled and more capable in order to take-up and stay in work. Proposals in response to the call should address how projects will help people gain employment and sustain a regular working life, within the eligibility constraints of the European Social Fund.
Participants will include individuals who are over 50, lone parents, disabled or have health problems, from ethnic minorities or who lack basic skills. The main result targets focus on moving participants into employment or into education/training or getting them involved in active jobsearch.

The project must cover the Swindon and Wiltshire LEP area.
Value
Approximately £600,000 of ESF is available.
Deadlines
Full application deadline: 03 March 2020
Completion date
Projects must be completed no later than 3 years and 6 months after the proposed project start date, however the ESF Managing Authority reserves the right to vary the maximum duration in exceptional circumstances. All ESF Projects must be completed by 31st December 2023. Project costs cannot be incurred beyond this date.
