Recognising the growth potential of the creative industries, through this call, the ESF Managing Authority is seeking applicants who can deliver various activities to businesses in this sector. In terms of this Call it is expected that references to business will include social enterprises. Applicants are referred to the Department for Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) definition of the Creative Industries which identifies industry codes that are classified as ‘creative’. Projects should seek to ensure delivery across Cornwall and the Isles of Scilly and deliver against all levels of qualification.
