Export game bird carcases to Hong Kong: certificate 517
Apply online to export fresh or frozen wild game bird carcases to Hong Kong.
For users of this EHC, a new Hong Kong enforced premises-based approval system comes into force on January 1st 2024. Defra must provide Hong Kong with a list of establishments involved in the export of beef, lamb, pork and poultry meat, and their products in advance. To help prevent current exporters suffering any loss of the ability to export to Hong Kong, all establishments in the processing chain from slaughter to storage must confirm details by email to [email protected] to be included on the list. Please do not email us if your details have already been provided for this process.
