The consultation invites ideas on whether and how legislative reforms might ensure that, in future, where it is appropriate for a development corporation to be used, a fit-for-purpose model exists.

This consultation is technical in nature but is open to everyone. We are keen to hear from interested parties from across the public and private sectors, and welcome responses from the general public as well.
