  1. Added the consultation response document.

  2. The consultation has been extended until 16 August 2024.

  3. We have added information to the tables to make the boat types clearer. Page 11 of the consultation document explains the changes to the text.

  4. Corrected an error in the difference cell for Dutch barges in Table 4 - this should have been £100. Added the word 'unpowered' before narrowboat and Dutch barge in tables Tables 4 to 13.
