The Environment Agency (Environmental Permitting and Abstraction Licensing) (England) Charging Scheme 2022 version 1.4 will come into force on 1 October 2024. The charging scheme has been approved by the Secretary of State for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs, Defra and HM Treasury.
