Original consultation
Consultation description
This consultation follows on from the 2012 consultation ‘Derivation of new Environmental Assessment Levels to air’.
We used our 2012 methodology to derive new EALs for emissions to air. Working with Public Health England we propose to:
- revise 10 existing EALs
- derive 2 new EALs
We also propose to withdraw the published EAL for arsenic. Instead, to use the environmental standards set out in the fourth Daughter Directive (2004/107/EC).
