Consultation description

This consultation is about the introduction in 2018 of a new online scheme for UK fulfilment houses, which will set out standards of due diligence and record-keeping, and introduce penalties for non-compliance.

This consultation invites views on the proposed scheme, to ensure that it addresses the abuse identified and minimises any additional costs for businesses. It also explores ways to deter goods being delivered to non-registered fulfilment houses.
