Consultation description

The Office of Rail and Road is seeking reviews on specific changes we propose to make to track and station access contracts to implement our 2018 Network Rail periodic review (PR18). This is based on the overall decisions set out in our draft determination, published on 12 June 2018.

Our consultation also discusses the contingency arrangement that we propose Network Rail and train operators include in their track access contracts to manage any delay to the implementation process.
