This consultation sets out the Government’s proposed approach to implementation of the European Electronic Communications Code Directive (referred to as the EECC) and seeks stakeholders’ views. The EECC was published in the Official Journal of the EU on 17 December 2018, and Member States have until 21 December 2020 to implement the provisions in domestic law.
