The September 2023 National Rolling Open Market Review (NR OMR) concluded on 16 October 2023 at 5pm. Building Digital UK (BDUK) requested that network providers submit their national broadband infrastructure coverage, and the deadline for doing so has now passed.

Building Digital UK has launched a National Rolling Open Market Review (NR OMR) to confirm where gigabit-capable broadband infrastructure currently exists or is planned to be built in the UK over the next 3 years. The NR OMR takes place three times a year in January, May and September.
