Consultation description

The Committee on Standards in Public Life is carrying out a landscape review of the institutions, processes and structures in place to support high standards of conduct.

The Committee is running a public consultation as part of this review. The consultation asks for respondents’ views on current principles, institutions, and arrangements for upholding standards.

You may want to read the terms of reference for the review before responding to this consultation or survey.

Respondents may also want to familiarise themselves with CSPL’s map of the UK’s standards regulators which is available here.

This consultation runs from 11:00 on the 22 September 2020 to 17:00 on the 29 January 2021. Please note this is an extension from the original deadline of 18 December 2020.

Anyone with an interest in public standards may make a submission. The Committee welcomes submissions from members of the public.
