Consequential changes to the homelessness legislation: government response to consultation
The government response to the technical consultation on the consequential amendments to homelessness legislation as a result of the Renters (Reform) Bill, namely, the removal of section 21 evictions, assured shorthold tenancies and fixed-term tenancies.
The consultation response sets out a summary of the consultation responses received. It also details the government’s changes to the homelessness legislation which will be brought forward in the Renters (Reform) Bill.
