Consultation description

The Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) is consulting on draft rules of procedure for appeals that may be made to it in relation to decisions made by the Water Services Regulation Authority (Ofwat) over modifying codes which govern competition and regulate agreements between incumbent and non-domestic water suppliers.

The CMA is also consulting on a draft guide that is intended to assist participants involved in such appeals.
