This year’s Global African Investment Summit (TGAIS) will take place in London on December 1st-2nd, and will be attended by various African and global leaders including six heads of state and the UK’s Foreign Secretary. President Kagame of Rwanda and will take part with a delegation of Rwandan Ministers and business leaders, aiming to agree on bankable investment projects and to discuss how to build a sustainable future for Africa by investing in the next generation. The summit will attract over 1,000 qualified global investors, including family offices, sovereign wealth funds, international DFIs, ultra high net worth individuals and pension funds. The summit will bring together global leaders in the power, agriculture, financial services, capital markets, oil and gas and critical infrastructure sectors – to facilitate African project origination and global finance.

Rwanda will be able to:
• attract funds directly from the investment community and meet investors direct;
• showcase the business opportunities in the country;
• support African entrepreneurs and young African businesses seeking expansion capital;
• expand international brand awareness of Rwanda and its companies.
The summit is taking place in London as the world’s financial hub and a centre of trade.
