Presentations from some of our own inspectors included:

  • An overview of PTI accidents and incidents
  • The impact of human factors in accident investigation
  • Testing and reconstruction in support of PTI investigations
  • Accidents involving passengers at greater risk
  • Investigating overspeeding incidents
  • Integrating causal analysis process into accident investigation

The presentations we are permitted to share have been uploaded. We will add others once we have them, or have permission from the authors or their organisations.

Due to the nature of some of these documents, they may not be fully accessible. We are working across the site to make our content accessible.
