Correspondence between the Secretary of State for the Department for Science, Innovation and Technology (DSIT) and the Chief Executives of the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) member regulators (the Competition and Markets Authority, the Financial Conduct Authority, the Information Commissioner’s Office, the Office of Communications).

It sets out the regulatory priorities of DSIT, building on the pro-innovation approach outlined in the government’s Plan for Digital Regulation and Digital Strategy, and identifies important opportunities for the DRCF to support the implementation of the new AI regulatory framework.
