This report was produced by Incomes Data Services for the AFPRB and examines each of the 18 individual components of X-Factor to assess their suitability for making comparisons between modern military and civilian life. The report proposes a number of potential changes that could be made to the constitution of the components to be used in the next X-Factor review.
