Access to accounting records. Claim found to have been well-founded. Order issued that the union is to give the applicant access to certain of its accounting records. The Certification Officer gives further consideration in the decision to the meaning of the expression accounting records within the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 and to the nature of the union’s Benevolent Fund. (Section 30(1) of the 1992 Act).
