Details

If you have been served with a claim made under CPR Part 20 in the Commercial Court, you must complete and return this form in the time stated on the claim. You can send it to the court using the E-Filing service.

If you do not reply, the claimant may ask the court to enter judgment against you.

You may either:

  • admit all or part of the claim
  • dispute the claim
