This report summarises the work of the cross-government Ministerial Working Group on Homelessness since its inception in 2010.

It tells the story of the real progress we have made in this parliament, increasing investment in homelessness services, providing strategic support to help authorities deliver effective prevention services, and testing innovative new approaches.

We are interested in exploring how coordination of services on a local level could be improved by encouraging innovative new approaches through a payment by results model. The report looks to test this thinking with those working in the sector, through a set of call for evidence questions in the final chapter.

The deadline for responses in 21 May 2015.
