Details

The Administrative Justice and Tribunals Strategic Work Programme, 2013 to 2016, sets out the government’s overarching objectives for reforming and improving the administrative justice and tribunal system to ensure it meets the principles of fairness, efficiency and accessibility for users. The first progress report was published in June 2014 and we have continued to work across all these areas. This is our final update on how we have delivered the objectives specified in the Strategic Work Programme.
