UK Visas and Immigration guidance on how staff consider applications for a fee waiver from overseas.

This applies to those who are going on to make a specified human rights application and where to require payment of the fee before deciding the application would be incompatible with a person’s rights under Article 8 of the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR).
