This document contains the following information: Agreement between the government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the government of the Russian Federation on the organisation of the direct encrypted communications system between the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and the Russian Federation: London, 15 February 2011.

The Agreement entered into force on 15 February 2011.

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
