This document contains the following information: Agreement on the legal status of the International Tracing Service: Bonn, 15 July 1993 and protocols amending the 1955 Bonn Agreements constituting an International Commission for the International Tracing Service and on relations between the International Commission for the International Tracing Service and the International Committee of the Red Cross Berlin, 1 June - 1 November 2006.

The Agreement entered into force on 02 August 1998 and the Protocols entered into force on 26 November 2007. The Protocols were previously published as Miscellaneous no. 3 (2007) Cm. 7038 (ISBN 9780101703826).

This Command Paper was laid before Parliament by a Government Minister by Command of Her Majesty. Command Papers are considered by the Government to be of interest to Parliament but are not required to be presented by legislation.
