This guidance only applies to information rights cases. For any other cases read UT11 Notes.

You need to fill in Form UT13 to appeal a General Regulatory Chamber Tribunal decision.

You might need to request permission to appeal, or the General Regulatory Chamber Tribunal might already have given permission.
