Rule 7 of the Design Right (Proceedings before Comptroller) Rules 1989 is the main rule governing the completion and filing of this form.
A statement to show your substantial interest in the dispute in respect of which proceedings have been commenced must accompany this form. You must also serve a copy of the form and statement on every party to the proceedings.
All Intellectual Property Office fee bearing forms should be filed with the appropriate fee.
