Use this form to apply for and keep R1 recovery status. First read the guidance Waste incinerator plant: apply for RI status.

It calculates the energy efficiency factor of the incinerator using the R1 Energy Efficiency formula in Annex II of the Waste Framework Directive 2008/98/EC.
