Details

Competent authorities should use these forms to request amendments to the UK’s list of approved establishments for the export of live animals and animal products to Great Britain from non-EU countries.

These forms should only be used by competent authorities in countries that are approved to export the following to Great Britain:

  • live animals
  • products of animal origin
  • germinal products
  • animal by-products
  • hay and straw

Send amendments to [email protected] as soon as possible to ensure trade is not interrupted. Use the Excel template form to:

  • send an updated list of all approved establishments
  • report additions, deletions or changes to the list of approved establishments

You must use the open document form to update the establishment list for fishing vessels.
