Background
This memo informs you of amendments that have been made to the Access to Work MHSS Provider Guidance (Chapter 4, Paragraph 4.41) to clarify when a disengaged Customer would be considered withdrawn from AtW MHSS within the Support Period or Sustainment Period.

You and your supply chain partners should familiarise yourself with these revisions as soon as possible.
