Details

The 1947 Double Taxation Arrangement between the UK and British Honduras entered into force on 21 January 1948 and took effect from 1 January 1947. This arrangement continues to apply to Belize.

The agreement came in effect in the UK from:

• 6 April 1945 for surtax
• 6 April 1946 for Income Tax
• 1 January 1947 for profit tax

Tax Information Exchange Agreement signed 25 March 2010, entered into force on 1 August 2011.
