Details

During performance year 1 April 2011 to 31 March 2012 there were 4 levels of performance marking within BIS:

  • HSP - highly successful performer
  • SP - successful performer
  • PSP - partially successful performer
  • UP - under performer

The data provided reflects the distribution of these performance markings across all staff (including the guided distribution for that year) and then broken down by the following groups: location; grade; working pattern; age; ethnicity declaration; disability declaration and gender.
