Allegation that the Union had breached section 47(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 by unreasonably excluding the Claimant from standing as a candidate in the Union’s National Executive Committee elections in 2007. The Certification Officer dismissed the application.
