Complaint that the union had breached section 47(1) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 Act in unreasonably excluding the claimant from standing as a candidate in the union’s 2006 National Executive Council Elections.The Certification Officer found that the claimant had not been unreasonably excluded.
