Details

Complaints arising out of the BMA’s election to its Council in 2006. Three complaints concerned alleged breaches of section 52 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 relating to the scrutineer’s report on the election. Two complaints concerned alleged breaches of rule (section 108A(2)(a) of the 1992 Act). The Certification Officer refused to make the declarations sought on all five complaints.
