Details

Complaint that the union had breached a union rule when the union’s National Returning Officer excluded the applicant from standing as a candidate in the union’s election for the position of Deputy General Secretary. (Section 108A(2)(a) of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992. Further complaint that unreasonably excluded in breach of Section 47(1) of the 1992 Act. Enforcement order made requiring a further election.
