Details

Seven complaints of breach of rules and one of breach of statute (section 51(3)(a) of the 1992 Act) arising out of the actions of the union’s General Secretary at the time of the union’s election of its President in 2003. The Assistant Certification Officer dismissed seven complaints and found he did not have the jurisdiction to determine one of the breach of rule complaints.
