Details

Mr Scargill made two complaints of breach of rules and three complaints of breach of statute in relation to elections held in 2008 for positions on the National Executive. The Certification Officer upheld one complaint of breach of rule and two complaints of breach of statute and dismissed the other complaints. He ordered that the results of the relevant elections be set aside and ordered the union to hold new elections.
