Details

The claimant made two complaints. On the first complaint, the Certification Officer declared that the union had breached its rules by not accepting the claimant’s charge against another member on the grounds that it had been presented out of time and made an enforcement order that the charge be initiated by the union by no later than a specific date. The Certification Officer dismissed the second complaint upon withdrawal by the claimant.
