Details

The claimant alleged that the union had breached its rules when appointing the union’s Finance Officer. The application was struck out under section 256ZA of the Trade Union Labour Relations Act 1992 Act on the grounds that the complaints had no reasonable prospect of success and/or are otherwise misconceived.
