Details

The claimant sought to make complaints to the Certification Officer that the Union had breached a number of its rules. Following correspondence with Mr Clarke, the Certification Officer, using his powers under section 256ZA of the 1992 Act struck out the complaints on the grounds of excessive delay in his proceeding with them.
