Details

The claimant sought to make a complaint to the Certification Officer that the Union had breached its rules in relation to its duties towards its members. Following correspondence with Ms Hough the Certification Officer, using his powers under section 256ZA of the 1992 Act struck out the complaint on the grounds that is had no reasonable prospect of success and/or was otherwise misconceived.
