Details

The claimant alleged four breaches of the rules of the union relating to disciplinary action taken against him in 2004. Following a preliminary hearing, three complaints were dismissed on the grounds that the complaints were out of time and that they were outside the jurisdiction of the Certification Officer. The fourth complaint was dismissed on the grounds that it was out of time and had no reasonable prospect of success.
