Details

Ms Rodriguez-Noza alleged that UNISON breached a number of its rules when it did not represent her. The application was struck out under section 256ZA of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 on the grounds that the complaints advanced by Ms Rodriguez-Noza had no reasonable prospect of success and/or were otherwise misconceived.
