Details

The publication sets out a picture of British food – what we grow, sell and consume as well as our attitudes – drawing on existing sources on production, exports and consumption. Additional information is the most recent attitude and consumer behaviour findings from our Mintel consumer attitudes survey carried out for Defra in Feb 2016. It also includes a reference to the results of qualitative research on buying British food conducted by the (government and research council funded) Global Food Security Programme’s Public Panel.
