The Strategic Trade Advisory Group advises Department for International Trade (DIT) ministers on trade policy through high level strategic discussion.
The group will be made of 17 members experts drawn from different groups such as businesses, civil society and unions.
These experts will have an interest in trade policy and its impact on the United Kingdom – from the workplace to consumer choice and trade for development.
The group will meet at least 3 times a year and has direct access to trade ministers.
Individuals who want to be a member of the group are invited to apply by 5pm, Friday 9 September 2022.
