This guidance is for CM participants and covers the reporting and verification mechanism process for carbon emissions introduced by the Capacity Market (Amendment) (No. 2) Rules 2020 and Capacity Market (Amendment) Rules 2021.
CM participants should read the Rules in detail, and where necessary, seek independent legal advice to establish the obligations in respect of carbon emissions which are applicable.
