This multilateral agreement (MA), signed by the UK, gives a temporary exemption to certain parts of the European Agreement concerning the International Carriage of Dangerous Goods by Road (ADR).
This exemption relates to the carriage of armed forces’ explosive substances and articles which are set to be destroyed.
It is valid until 15 June 2023 unless otherwise revoked.
Anyone carrying dangerous goods in line with an MA must have a copy of it on their vehicle.
