Para 4.5 has been updated to explain that provisions that were in italicised in the Bill on introduction in the first Session because they involve public money do not need to be printed in italics when the Bill is reprinted in the second Session provided that the relevant financial resolution has been passed. Para 4.13 notes the mechanics involved in carrying over a Bill that is drafted using LawMaker. Para 4.47 records the first use of a motion under SO No.80A(14) to extend a carry over period that had already been extended under that provision.
