This conveys the Secretary of State for Transport’s decision on cattle grids proposed in the Chagford area, following a public inquiry.

A letter of 12 February 2010 which was referred to within the decision letter has also been published. It was sent to Devon County Council and seeks additional information about matters raised in an inspector’s report about the inquiry.

Devon County Council applied for consent under the Highways Act 1980.
